As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Three Strands Orphan Rescue, Inc. adheres to strict standards of financial stewardship. Our finances are managed by our Board of Directors, and we are audited annually by a certified public accountant.
2. How Donations Are Used
Your generous donations go directly toward the operation of the orphanages we support in Uganda. The majority of funds raised are allocated to the following areas:
Direct support for orphanages: Including food, shelter, medical care, and education for the children.
Operational costs: Covering administrative expenses, fundraising efforts, and communications.
Program development: Funding to ensure the sustainable growth of orphanage programs, including vocational training and educational scholarships.
3. Financial Statements
We provide our donors with access to our annual Form 990 filings and other financial reports to ensure full transparency. These documents can be requested by contacting us directly.
4. Tax-Exempt Status
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations made to Three Strands Orphan Rescue, Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our EIN is 93-2923134.
