Donation Refund Policy
Three Strands Orphan Rescue, Inc. appreciates your generosity in supporting our mission to help children in need. We are committed to transparency and providing you with a clear understanding of our donation practices.
1. General Donation Policy
All donations made to Three Strands Orphan Rescue, Inc. are processed securely through third-party payment systems. Your generous contributions support our efforts to provide essential resources for children in Uganda.
2. Refunds
We understand that situations may arise where a donor wishes to request a refund. Three Strands Orphan Rescue, Inc. will consider refund requests under the following conditions:
Donation Errors: If a donation was made in error, we will consider refunding the donation. This applies to double charges, incorrect amounts, or other transaction mistakes.
Request Timeline: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the donation date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us via email at contact@TSORinc.org. In your request, include the donation amount, date of the transaction, and any relevant details that can help us process your refund.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used for the donation. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
5. Non-refundable Donations
Please note that Three Strands Orphan Rescue, Inc. may not issue refunds for donations that were successfully processed and where the error was not on our end. In these cases, we encourage you to contact us for further assistance.
